Family

My Style

If you're anything like me, you recognize that everything in your home is your responsibility. Making sure your pet feels like they are part of the family is your first big challenge after bringing them in. This can take time, but pays off by developing a beautiful bond with your best bud and potential future stress has been prevented. Each dog has their own past and special personality. It is up to us to learn what their individual needs will be. I am a Positive Reinforcement (R+) trainer who believes in igniting that bond with you and your pup(s) resulting in a very happy household, focused on strengthening communication skills so that we can help them understand what we want which results in them feeling confident about themselves and happy to do what we want. The bond we provide for them, supports their ability to find their calm confident outlook.

What Happens During the Training:

I come to your home for an hour long training session.I focus solely on what the animal needs in the home, then I help you figure out how to give it to them consistently. My main tools involve positive reinforcement and redirecting the animal to desired behavior.

What Doesn't Happen During the Training:

I don't use "Force" training.

Meaning: No prong collars, no E collars and no physical dominating or choking. I don't train your dog to be afraid of you.

Pricing:

1 hour session:

-$55 for any dog adopted from any rescue organization

-$90 for all other dogs
-$10 fee for each additional dog in the session
